Abstract
Complex analysis of verbalization of concept CLOUD at Turkish language picture of the world affords to reveal specific features of the concept, to define the correlation between language units and conceptional structures, which preserve some knowledge about this natural phenomenon in the consciousness of native speakers. Lexical units, which verbalize concept CLOUD at the Turkish language picture of the world, are described semantic classification of vocabulary that designates atmospheric phenomena at the Turkish language. Cognitive definition of lexical units, which represent concept CLOUD in the Turkish language in general and in Anatolian dialects, in particular has been investigated.
