Statement on compliance with publication ethics
The Editorial Board evaluates manuscripts for their intellectual content regardless of gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of the authors.
The Editorial Board does not disclose any information about the submitted manuscripts to anyone except the authors, reviewers, and potential reviewers.
Based on the results of the review, the author may be given the opportunity to improve his or her work for its further publication in our publication.
Any selected reviewer who does not have the appropriate qualifications to review the study or knows that its immediate review is impossible should inform the editor and refuse to participate in the review process.
The Editorial Board promises that the review of the submitted research will be conducted objectively. Reviewers will express their point of view, supporting it with appropriate arguments.
Reviewers should identify relevant published works that have not been named by the authors. Any statement, observation, conclusion or argument that has been previously made should be accompanied by appropriate references. The reviewer should also draw the editors' attention to any significant similarities between the manuscript under consideration and any other published work in the field.
The Editorial Board emphasises that the information or ideas obtained as a result of the peer review will remain confidential and will not be used for personal gain. Reviewers undertake not to review manuscripts in respect of which they have a conflict of interest as a result of competitive or other relationships and connections with any of the authors or institutions related to the submitted research.
The Editor-in-Chief and members of the Editorial board who have a conflict of interest caused by competition, cooperation or other relations with any authors or organisations related to the article with the author(s) of the submitted materials should not participate in the discussion of the manuscript submitted to the editorial board.
Review procedure
All articles submitted to the Editorial Board undergo the review procedure; it is aimed at the most objective assessment of the content of a scientific article, determining its compliance with the requirements of the journal and provides for a comprehensive analysis of its advantages and disadvantages.
The review is conducted confidentially on the principles of double-blind review (when neither the author nor the reviewer knows about each other). Interaction between the author and the reviewer(s) takes place through the editor-in-chief of the journal.
Scientific articles are anonymously reviewed by members of the journal's editorial board and invited specialists, including those from other countries, who have deep professional knowledge and experience in a particular scientific field.
If the reviewer recommends correcting or revising the article, the editorial board sends the author an anonymous text of the review to make the appropriate changes. The date of receipt of the article to the journal is the day the editorial board receives the final version of the article.
