Abstract

The article reveals the main components, trends and prospects of the Ukrainian-Chinese strategic partnership as relations of a “new type” in multipolar international relations in the XXI century. It is examined the evolution of modern approaches to definition of typology and categorical assessment of “post-Cold War architectonics” of international relations in writings of the Chinese political scientists. Conceptual structure of modern Chinese political science that used to describe the latest trends in the international relations is analyzed, milestones in evolution of the Ukrainian-Chinese relations and their reflection in the theory and practice of modern Ukrainian-Chinese dialogue are revealed, key issues of the Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation, as well as the place and role of China in decisions made by Ukraine for main modern challenges at the regional and global levels are identified.
