Abstract

The article tells about the life and literary career of the famous Turkmen poet, novelist and journalist Ata Niyazov (1906–1943) – participant of Ukraine’s liberation from Nazi invaders. Senior Lieutenant Ata Niyazov died the death of the hero in November 21, 1943 in the battle near the city of Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine), and was buried in the village of Kalachevske. His front line and creative life requires more detailed study.
