Abstract
In the process of the formation of the modern global world in the ХХ century traditional societies of Asia and Africa have experienced a deepening crisis of identity, accompanied by marginalization of large segments of the population and the emergence of radical political groups of terrorist orientation. On the example of the military-political evolution of left counterelite grouping of independent Burma/Myanmar in the proposed work a social degradation of local radical traditionalists in fierce inter-elite conflict in the country is shown.
